About Us

The Summerchase Condominium was built in 1986. An empty and unsettled Highway 182 (later renamed Perdido Beach Boulevard) welcomed the "new" construction. The fourteen story building changed the sky line of Orange Beach. Additional construction continued in the "little fishing town" until only a few local residents and historians recalled the history of the area.

Locals nicknamed the building "A Grand Old Lady." Our Summerchase continues to stand tall having conquered terrible storms and challenging economic condition. Our heritage of providing fabulous family memories of great beach experiences continues.
